Overview
A Zoom event greeter volunteer is a person who welcomes attendees and helps them navigate a virtual event or meeting on the Zoom video conferencing platform. The Goals is to have a pool of Greeters that would Commit to Events based on their Weekly Schedule.

Qualifications
To be a successful Zoom event greeter volunteer, a person should be comfortable with the Zoom video conferencing software, have good communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a virtual environment.
They should also be friendly, patient, and have a customer-service oriented attitude to ensure a positive attendee experience.

Key Responsibilties
Before the Event
Attendee welcoming:
Greet attendees as they join the meeting.
Answering questions: Respond to attendee questions and concerns how to find specific sessions or speakers, or how to access event materials.
Managing chat:
Monitor the chat and help attendees connect with each other, share resources, or ask questions to speakers.
Post-event follow-up:
Send a post-event thank you email, collect feedback from participants, and handle any other administrative tasks as required..
